The Quick Calibration report mapped two patterns she hadn't named: pressure building before forecast calls, and a Sunday night anxiety loop. Seeing it made it manageable. The irony of working at an AI company and being anxious about AI — I knew it was affecting me but I couldn't see where. The diagnostic report was the first time I actually saw it written down. That was a bit of a moment.
